This is a programme of the Secretary of State for Research, Development and Innovation of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness that aims to promote excellence in scientific research in Spain. The distinction has been received by the\u00a0<span class=\"caps\">IFIMAC<\/span>\u00a0director,\u00a0<strong>Prof. Francisco J.
